Our Import Management Processes
This is a step-by-step system tailored to each client. The focus is to efficiently manage the manufacturing process and minimize commonly associated risks.
Order Placement
Once you are satisfied with the product, Jensa will arrange for the proforma invoice and necessary documents required to initiate the order. Contracts may be arranged between your company and the supplier. Your payment confirmation will be sent to the supplier, and lead times/start dates will be obtained.
Manage Manufacturing Progress
During the manufacturing process, Jensa will liaise with the supplier to ensure product and contract conformity. Updates will be provided to you.
Liaise with Supplier
Should there be any product-related changes required, or non-conformity issues, Jensa will liaise with the supplier to find an acceptable solution.
Inspect Final Products
Once manufacturing is complete, a professionally trained quality inspector will attend the factory and check/test the goods (conditions apply). You will receive a full report on the outcome.
Resolve Any Non-Conformity Issues
If the products fail the inspection or do not conform with original specifications, Jensa will negotiate with the supplier to resolve the issues on your behalf.
Coordinate Quarantine Requirements
Jensa will coordinate any quarantine requirements with an authorised agent and/or authorities should the products require fumigation or special treatment pre-departure.
Arrange Freight Forwarding Documents
Once manufacturing and quality checking is complete, Jensa will coordinate with your designated forwarder for the transport of your goods out of China and provide the relevant documentation
